Little Pine Clay Company does not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we will replace your items if they arrive broken or damaged.  Please contact us via email with your concern within 3 days of delivery; provide your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

Please contact us if you have any other concerns about your order. 

It is our desire that you will be completely satisfied with your handmade small batch jewelry.  Please do be aware that with all handmade artisan products there will be slight variations as they are designed one piece at a time by the hands of a thoughtful human being.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Purchase price is non-refundable.
